I knew the "Loca-pass" which guaranteed unpaid rents and recommended it to a young woman who wanted to rent my accommodation and who had no "guarantor". Everything was done by phone, fairly quickly and despite the situation (confinement due to Covid19), the people I had on the phone were very professional, very efficient and I received the contract by email. Very practical and to be recommended for the peace of mind of the lessor as well as of the tenant.
