Macy's customer service is a joke. I was on hold for 2 hours and 33 minutes. When customer service finally answered, the representative said can I help you and as I was talking the lady hung up on me. I was supposed to have furniture delivered today but of course, my furniture didn't arrive in time for them to deliver so I have to wait another week. Oh, did I forget to mention that I placed the furniture order in March. If I could give Macy no stars I would. No wonder they going out of business. After I get my furniture, I'm done with Macy.
