We made reservations for patio because we heard it was an awesome patio. Were told when we arrived that there was a huge party on the patio and no seating available. Why wouldn't they know this ahead of time if it was a preplanned large group?? What's the point of a patio reservation? The restaurant is very kid friendly and kid loud so we opted to sit in the bar. Service was terrible and slow. Server was annoyed that we wanted to order drinks. Wine glass stems were greasy, menu was greasy and server brought apps without napkins or silverware. Only one entree was served and server was annoyed that we asked for clean silverware for entree. The next pizza entree was served over 30 min later. Server grabbed plates for the second entree from another table. That seemed unsanitary. Evening was ruined.
