Never again!

Never again!
I bought a new motorcycle and my used MIINI here for all inspections and repairs.

An F650 GS and a used Mini One are only postage cash registers for R&S.
Customer service and goodwill = zero.
My Mini One had to be replaced after six years and 55,000 km. Zero accomodation from R&S. After three years this engine is also gone. For the info "engine needs to be replaced again" they took me 200 euros.
BMW and MINI: never again.
R&S: I'd rather die!
