Valet driver had damaged rims to the point where one should be replaced. After filling out an incident report with them and exchanging info I was told they would be in touch. I got an email saying they will cover anything to my expense. It is too expensive to repair rim and needs to be replaced, they have since stopped responding to me. Situation was dealt with very poorly and now I am left will a bill that was said to be covered.
