Gluten free options abound. Only two table/buffet (meat) items have gluten out of 17 items served. The fresh vegetable buffet area also has numerous options.

Family member with DAIRY/GLUTEN/SOY ALLERGIES left weighing 5 lbs more than when they entered the restaurant after stuffing themselves with all the different foods they could eat.Then topped it off with some more food, maybe was more like 7 lbs.
This is a great place for any one with special diet needs. I have dined here twice and not been disappointed. Enjoyed
