It has been 5 weeks after my pre-audit for Enbridg...

It has been 5 weeks after my pre-audit for Enbridge Home Energy Conservation Program and no energy report in site!! They kept giving me the run-around: staff was not on duty, issues with technicality, ask me to ask another colleague etc....just told me to go ahead for the installation. I paid the energy advisor as soon as he walked out the door.
This is an update on my last review. I got my report. I really appreciate how Mr Meyer called me on my phone and apologized for what happened. Would I use this company again? I would. Because I met and talked with their staff in the office and I think they are professionals.
