I got a Sony Bravia TV from them. A piece is missing in the box, an EC adapter which in the owners' manual it is clearly written "supplied with the TV". I have called over 30 times and hitting voicemail, where I leave a message and no one calls back. Three times someone answered, and they answered "sorry, it is not my department, I will transfer you to the electronics department" where I get voice mail again. Once, I was put on hold and after 30 minutes someone answered "hello" to then simply hang up. This company has no idea what is a proper customer service. If you need any form of support from them, good luck because they will not give you any.
