Placed an order for a couch and ottoman. Received a text from Ashley for me to pick from 3 dates for delivery. I picked a date and got an immediate reply confirming my delivery date. When I checked the day before delivery was scheduled I was informed that the item had not been received at their store for delivery. I called a number provided in the text to check on the delivery, and was told this is a huge nationwide problem. Will think twice about using Ashley again.
