There's tons of hidden fees if you have a small account. I was a faithful customer for years and one day I started getting charge after charge for seemingly nothing. I called and asked about it and the guy who answered said the fees were listed in their change in ToS which was sent out 1 month before, and they could only be waived by starting a line of credit or refinancing through them. He was also a jerk about it the whole time and blamed me for not already having a line of credit.

The next customer service rep I contacted to get full transcripts of my account from day one was very helpful. That's the only reason for the +1 star.
