The only reason they got 2 stars is because of the history of the building. Not many staff to help. No number on the phone to call front desk from your room. No mini fridge to bring back left overs from the restaurant. The Hiltons that we are used to in the states serve breakfast included with your hotel stay. Not here it is 27.50 Euros... crazy expensive! They don't even provide coffee every morning, (in the states they provide a kerig on your room with coffee) they had coffee available about half the time in the lobby. They have a bar in the lobby that serves drinks like cappuccino and such but it 6 euro for cappuccino that's not even that good. Not impressed. Sorry Hilton you have some work to do to live up to your other locations. Just because it's Venice doesn't mean you should lower your standards. I recommended staying on the actual island of Venice. It takes to long to get back and forth to this island of Guidecca. Hilton provides a ferry for 7.50 euro for your entire stay but they don't have enough stops, and the times they pick are weird. Plus they take an hour break at prime times.
