The rooms and the resort were very good and some of the staff were excellent, however two of the planned activities never occurred. One of the garden tours was in the morning and although the staff had said they would show up when the tour guide was not available no one ever showed up. Also the s'mores never happened on two nights. There smores was not such a big deal but the tour ended up wasting time we could have been doing another activity.
