I have had the fiber of movistar for a year, as well as the television channels and I have never been able to watch it for two hours in a row because the connection is lost. At first I called often to get a solution but in the end I ended up being the one who reset all the devices, at least four times a day. As things are getting worse, the day before yesterday I called the technical service again and since the technician came until today, I have been unable to watch television. Another technician was here today and left it running, I don't know for how long. I pay my full bill month after month and you give me a terrible service, so the most normal thing is that they would give me a discount in the coming months. It makes me angry having to post this review after all the time I waited for its fiber to arrive in my neighborhood for now this.
