I agree completely with Diedra G! From the 1st day over a year ago it has been an absolutely horrific experience! Terrible customer service and a lack of knowledge on the products they sell. Don't try calling, you can't ever reach anyone who can help you. It is always "I'll take a message and someone will call you back". Don't waste you're time, they will never call back. There are always lame excuses and they truly don't care about support after the sale. And don't try ordering anything from them, they will take your money and never provide you a status on what you ordered.
And like Deidra G I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, providing this review to every social media service I can find and notifying everyone I know and meet to steer clear of this company.
