This is a terrible company to do business with. My credit card number changed and I called Customer Service three different times to give them the new number and was on hold so long I had to give up. Tonight, I used their auto payment and was told my payment is late. I was able to pay my bill, but not able to talk to Customer Care and have my questions answered.

I have used Atlantic Broadband for years because, for now, it is my only option. Whenever I have a problem, it is always a frustrating experience to try and get it resolved.
