The Gem City staff has been wonderful. My mother has a home health aide for bathing, a nurse for wound care and a physical therapist as well. All three employees are professional, kind and caring. I am thrilled with the care our mother has received. This is the third time we have used their services and each time the care level has been the same. Insurance has covered all our her services to date.Thank you Linda, Mel and Becca!
