I asked for a high/quiet room and got quite the opposite due to traffic noise. Changed room once after checking in and then again when the second room was no better. Seems that only the very high rooms have double glazing on bedroom windows. Had to request a second towel and shower gel/shampoo as none in room. Hotel is a way from anywhere and access to the nearest mall is down the side and up a metal step ladder. Access to the hotel is not very well signed so taxis were constantly missing the right turn, Not great at all.
