It was the pure gold leadership from Nigel and the EC team during lockdown that inspired me to move up and out of my business to work on it, not in it, cut costs by 30%, nurture my customers back and market it. I overcame my shyness to ask Nigel a question on one of the EC clinic's zoom calls and it gave me the confidence to learn how to set up an online course so I could teach it and market it as a business. I realised that without solid tools most of the online courses are just a load of baloney and by devouring the gold nuggets that are in the EC vault , the answers are all there .
