Terrible. We reserved Carmel because we were on a tight schedule and were told they could help. I landed and called them and they sent a driver. I stood where they told me and called four more times, each time was told the driver was a minute or two away. They wouldn t cancel my reservation or otherwise I could have jumped in a cab and been on my way. I travel at least 100 days a year and never have an issue with Uber and Lyft from JFK. Highly suggest using one of those services instead of a taxi as another option. Bad!
