This has been one of the worst experiences as a new home owner. I purchased a BRAND NEW HVAC unit from Promag and it has been absolute trouble ever since. The largest of these problems has been having my unit inspected by the county. Now, a year and a half later, still no inspection. Though, my countless calls to Promag and the county, I have still been unable to ensure that the unit was safely installed. I have had multiple appointment cancellations on service appointments. I have spoken to management, and through rude and crass "customer service" have had more problems with them than I can count. If it was not for the fact that I still need my unit inspected, I would not be dealing with them anymore. I cannot wait for the day that I can turn my back on this experience.

I have asked on more than several occasions to speak with the owner JD Harris and still have not been contacted.
