I live around the corner and wanted to try the Salon since it was so close, BIG MISTAKE, went in on Saturday evening for Gel French Polish Change. Did not have a manicure because I had had one at my salon a week ago. The Salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly very pushy for extra services, was talked into a neck and shoulder massage which essentially was a neck "RUB" nothing therapeutic. By Sunday morning, the Gel had begin peeling at the corners, being it was Christmas I did not get into the shop until Thursday, by that time, all the white from the French Manicure had peeled off and the base was off 4 of my finger nails. I went in and asked for a refund and the owner look at my nails and inspected them as if it were my nails that caused their product to peel off. I was denied a refund but they would gladly do another manicure at no charge. I believe they use old products and this is what caused them to peel, I heard Acetone in a conversation about the Gel product they were using which was thick and almost unusable. Just beware, this could be an isolated case of bad luck but I will never return.
