Had an appraisal done out of Timmins for Kirkland ...

Had an appraisal done out of Timmins for Kirkland Lake. I paid 500 bucks. Canada mortgage brokers say they can't give me a copy. This means I will have to pay again to have the house appraised. In order to complete a private mortgage that I have managed to get on my own. Why can't I have a copy of something that I have paid for.
