Generally, I m very impressed with the staff on hand. I had an interview with Chicago Marketing last week for the market director position and met 3 of the managers and the CEO, all very sharp individuals. I find it amazing that the CEO works alongside with his employees and mentors them. An open door policy is something that I look for in a company. The amount of effort that this company puts into developing their people is very rare to find anywhere else! It would be great if given the opportunity to join the team, I hope to hear back from them soon!
