I spent $2500 on an LG counter-depth refrigerator....

I spent $2500 on an LG counter-depth refrigerator. The control panel is delaminating from the refrigerator. The authorized LG repair person said it is a defect and he sees a lot of this. The repair will cost more than $500. Because the refrigerator is out of warranty, LG has refused to cover the cost of replacing the part, which is known to be defective. Customer service has been horrible. Two people told me they would cover it and then two people told me they wouldn't. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will never buy another LG product.
