Not even worth of a one star! but since I need to click at least one star to be able to write a review then there you go ONE STAR! ( when it should be NO STAR AT ALL)

You honestly have the most horrible customer service.. Two times I have dealt with your company due to undelivered item, and trying to find out what happened.. The undelivered item is not the one that frustrates me but the way your customer service handle telephone calls and queries. Not very friendly and it looks like they doing us a favor for answering our call and queries.. Truly very disappointing. I will never want to deal with you again

And please do yourself a favor and train your customer service department especially those who answers the phone calls.
