MONTHS after our mortgage was bought by another company, they have yet to transfer our payment to that company (who is now threatening us with foreclosure). Each time we speak with customer service they swear they're on it and it will be taken care of very soon. Each time of many.
We're filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
