The following are my personal comments on the service provided by Access.

I have been an income property owner in the Heritage Hill area for several years starting in the late 1990 s.

We hired Access in 2014 and have been very pleased with their service. Today they manage 9 of our rental units in Heritage Hill and now 2 new units in the NW Grand Rapids city market. We are very pleased with their professional management style, well-organized monthly and annual financial reports and frequent communications.
