I live in san valiente apts since april 2016, there has been problems in my apt since laramar was here i told matt rogers of mark taylor when they took over as management and they promised to fix these issues mold growing under kitchen sink, stopped up toilet in master bathroom, leaking a.c unit ive tender the proper notices to them after the manager kristin miller promised my family they would move me to a guest suite to make repairs and the first excuse i got was they had to move someone in there the next excuse was the guest suite had bedbugs, and lets just say they never fixed my counter tops that werent put in properly and this is why there is water leaking under my.kitchen sink the garbage disposal has been broken since i moved here and that was leaking and when the maintenance guy came to fix it he didnt do it right and my dish washer spit water all over my kitchen, and when he came i just had a grand mal seizure and couldnt go to the hospitals right away because they didnt give me 48 hours notice they were coming as required by arizona landlord tenant law. Ive paid my rent every month whether it was late i always paid all monies due but why should o keep paying these ppl rent if they arent fixing things in my apt. They took me to court and i wasnt able to show the judge all my evidence to support these needed repairs the judge told me there ia no excuse to not pay rent also kristin miller is very rude she told before the court date she wasnt fixing anything amd we will see what happens when we go to court i told her we shall see but the next 20 mins she called arizona police on me for NOTHING she has banned me from doing anything in the leasing office since and ibe been tryin to pay my rent since. There is a large India community here not many black families maybe 4 if that i think they didnt fix things so they can make thia community just for the families from.india thats racist, on top of everything i have mold poisoning from a previous landlords neglect and i cant be around it my son is sick and i have had 6 seizures in my apt also when im home i always have a runny nose the air quality is no good in this apt. There are always busted pipes outside with huge puddles ofpuddle. Dog poop everywhere. This place can be 100 times better.
