I received only part of my order, from two vendors...

I received only part of my order, from two vendors but a shared tracking number. One email to the support center solved it: I got a prompt response from Zach L saying my concern had been received, and within a couple of hours he had contacted the vendor, had the missing items shipped, and replied to me again with a new tracking #. Everything arrived as scheduled after that. Thanks Zach!
