Our salesperson was Gopal Chandarana. We had a lot of questions as we were trying to decide between various cars. Gopal was very kind, informative and patient. He understood what we were looking for and guided us to the best decision. It was nice not having any pressure - just good, honest helpful advice. Following the decision to buy, Gopal has been very responsive and has been an advocate for us. We also met with Judy to talk through financing and an extended warranty for our 2012 Camry purchase. She was very helpful and worked with us. We had a sense of confidence that Modern Toyota is not just looking for a quick sale - they want us to be long term customers.
