Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever se...

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life..
They wrongfully charged my credit card and a month after my stay, still refuse to deal with and remove the charge. I've had to now dispute it with my bank. They don't respond to emails and continue to transfer you to new people to avoid correcting their mistake.
They told me twice while I was there that they had not charged me and that if it does show after my stay they will take care of it. Of course they still have not.
I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved and am sharing my story to hopefully prevent others from staying here and dealing with this mess of a staff.
At this point they are just stealing.

There was also incredibly rude guest services man who stooped to name calling and eye rolling over a simple food service request (for food to be delivered to guest services instead of the room) the manager apologized but I certainly hope nobody else has to deal with that employee with a terrible attitude and apparently bad temper.

Additionally, they do not have a car service to the hotel which they are LOCATED inside of. Insane to me.. it is a 20-30 minute walk to and from the terminal. For someone with special needs this would be a struggle, or a 15$ uber ride to the airport. Again- that the hotel is located inside of. Terrible logistics..

Will never stay with ANY SOFITEL ever again, and I hope this review keeps others from doing the same. I can't believe they have any good reviews at all.
