I purchased a course through Advancing Practice, mdBriefCase's sister site in Sept 2019. Everything worked fine initially but when I tried to log in again in Oct 2019 to print my CME certificate, it turned out that Advancing Practice had merged with mdBriefCase. I was no longer able to access my course, which cost over $500. I reached out to mdBriefCase twice by e-mail with no response either time (now 7 days and counting). I also tried calling their office and was unable to reach any customer service representative. As I required my CME credits to apply for an exam with a deadline rapidly approaching I had to purchase another course through a more reliable site. They do offer some free courses which may be worth checking out but I would seriously caution against purchasing anything from this company.
