This is the worst hospital ever!! They are rude to black pregnant mothers and very unorganized. I had my child more than two weeks ago I went to get her birth certificate and couldn t. Come to find out they have a back log for sending out the information to Springfield. At no point was I contacted and informed of that. After calling and leaving messages for a week straight. Now I m left off work with no pay and a newborn to try to care for. Not too mention how horrible the doctors were during my delivery. The anesthesiologists belittled and berated me because I had concerns of pain meds I was receiving and the effects they may have had on my child. They incorrectly inserted a catheter into my back for epidural so I received only some of meds sent thru yet was over charged for meds I never received. I m now looking into to bring legal representation against this hospital
