Value for product received was just not there. At no point was I able to get a speed test to read anywhere near what I was paying for. Hardware provided is also likely unable to handle the demand I had. After about 30 minutes of any type of real stress, connections would entirely drop, all for double what I was paying at a company I have since returned to. Haven't been able to return rented equipment since no one ever seems to be at the store location, and I have also been billed for a full month after I already was billed for terminating service.
