The shop only does a 15% off/once weekly to those in need to shop there in the"op shop",but worst yet when you go upstairs to the welfare office the bags of food they give you much of it's past it's expiring date?!! Also they tell you there's a program for 4 times every 3 months to assist you with your 'scripts but they pick & choose what the medication is & pretend it's policy that some they aren't allowed to help you get at the chemist?! It fails to be alright as it's bias & everyone no matter what they need deserves health care & it proves this country's lacking in it & services that are meant to assist those who really are needy!! They were quite rude about it & said"at least you can have lunch & save on $4 for the medication" when In fact these days even government subsidy 'scripted medications are alot more than that now days!! The food in their cafe downstairs isn't good enough either as they only seem to take something out of a can with some pasta sauce & call that"a meal"? They may struggle with numbers of people they help & amounts of what government grants they get but this doesn't seem fair on us who need to go there as being given "off food" isn't right & neither's being judged on what type of medication we need to be prescribed!!
