I have had great experiences with all members of the sales and service staff at DSLRPros. Though all of my requests have been quickly addressed by every member of the team I have worked with in the past, I contact Derek Wheeler on their sales team first to get the quotes I need for project proposals, and products for those projects, in the most timely fashion.
