This was my second wedding dress experience and it was awful! My bridal consultant was Tina. Throughout the entire appointment, she rushed me. She made me feel as if I was taking up her time. At one point I was having trouble deciding on my top three dresses and she rushed me I was past my dress limit. She was extremely pushy and she didn t seem genuine. Mind you, I hadn t had a lot of wedding dress experiences, so I don t know everything there is to know. She offered no insight. Provided no advice or suggestions about styles for my body type, under garments, etc. I felt like she was trying to get me in and out. I did find the dress that I wanted, however because of her poor customer service skills, I didn t buy. There may be other consultants that were great there, but Tina was not it.
