I've never had a worse experience. Every time a new Dr came on shift they make it important to check up with you. I think they do it to be soothing and let you know they care, but when every Dr has a different opinion it becomes frightening the worst part was Michelle in case management. She clearly didn't have my wellbeing in mind. She was misleading and deceitful she told me not to worry I would be in surgery by the end of the week. Likely tomorrow or the next day. That was completely false nobody had checked the refered Dr's schedule. I'm worried about who's case she gets next.
