I recently worked with a design and marketing company and had a mixed experience. The design team was creative and produced some great concepts for our project. However, communication and project management were a bit lacking, which led to some delays and misunderstandings. 🤔 Overall, the end result was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and organization. It would be great to see more attention to detail and proactive communication in the future.
