I took my son here after he injured himself. We go...

I took my son here after he injured himself. We got to the back quickly which was good. That was about the only good part except friendly nursing staff. I just seemed like there was no rush to help a three year old. Not only did we wait for a doctor for a long period of time. We had to wait for the doctor to ask another doctor about our son's injury.
When we finally got some info it was fairly vague and we were told to take him home and make an appointment with this other doctor for the next day. They asked us if we wanted the nurses to set up the appointment. We said yes that would be great. When we were ready to leave we were told to pick up our son's meds at CVS and given the paperwork to make the appointment... Which they had said they could do.
After we left we headed to CVS, found out that they had NOT put in the Med request at CVS. They had actually put it in at Walgreens. We drove to Walgreens, waited for them to fill the order (they did not have it ready after it being in their system over an hour). Found out that Walgreens does NOT accept our insurance after waiting 20 mins. Called the emergency room back and asked them to put the request in at Publix and asked them to call me when they had done it. I got the call and headed over to publix a few hours later. Once we got there we found out that they had NOT put in the order at publix. This place has the worst service ever. It's scary, if I had another hospital to take my son I would have. I do not trust this place, it needs to be reviewed or something.
