For the money and the area I wouldn't expect the floors to feel nasty. Slippery and slimy and just uncomfortable when getting out of the shower. Shower handle about to fall off. Girl at check in was very friendly and helpful when we arrived at 8pm and looking for a place to eat. Bar closes at 8 during the week and 9 on the weekends which to me is very earlier.
On the up side the view is amazing the beds are really comfortable along with the pillows.
