When I still lived in the city center, I often went here for office supplies. It was never a pleasurable experience. The people working there have a terrible attitude. On a good day they show a complete lack of interest in their customers, and on a bad day they are simply rude. I bought an expensive fountain pen there with a lifetime warranty that is now falling apart after two years of moderate use, but I'm not going back to the store with it, because I'm quite sure it would be a waste of time. Ordering supplies online, like I do now, is convenient enough, but I would support a brick-and-mortar store with friendly people attending the customers. This is not such a store, and I'd be happy to see it change owners or close.
