I however was not satisfied with eBay services what so ever I ordered a product and never recieved it, contacted seller first and they were of no help. Opened a complaint with eBay and PayPal and eBay won't do anything because of PayPal and PayPal closed the claim and eBay refuses to help me with situation as I keep getting the ring around from both companies and the seller. I love how at the bottom of your purchase it states get your product oroney back guaranteed which is false because I have been trying to get my refund since August 21,2018 for not recievingy product although FedEx supposedly delivered it and no one will refund my money for never seeing this product I ordered. Their money back guaranteed is false and I will never purchase from eBay again and I will make sure anyone I know that doesn't seem from this company stops as they don't so anything but rip people off and so do the sellers on their website.
