My family has purchased 3 Cadillac Escalade ESV's ...

My family has purchased 3 Cadillac Escalade ESV's over the past 5 years (Plano TX), and I have personally visited numerous Cadillac Dealerships in a variety of different cities. This experience was probably the worst experience I've had (given that the threshold for service is typically higher at Cadillac than other dealerships).

I made an appointment to have brake pads replaced (8:00 am). I was told that they would have an assessment 'soon' so I decided to wait vs. take a shuttle home. After being promised a completion time about 3 different times ("It should be done in a hour and a half"...'It'll be done around 10:15'... 'It just got finished and should be ready for wash'... 'Sorry... I thought it was going right to the wash but they JUST got it on...'), I didn't leave until 11:45.

Though punctuality is something of great importance to me, that isn't what bothered me. What bothered me was that after turning in the vehicle to get serviced, I went back to my service provider to ask about one additional item (almost immediately after turning in the vehicle). A seat belt was twisted in the third row. I even went as far as to show the service advisor where the fault was (vehicle was elevated in the bay). He said that it would be taken care of.

Somewhere around the 1045ish time frame, I went back to the service advisor to ensure that the seat belt had been corrected (It was important to me because we typically put a car seat in that spot for my toddler. Due to the twist, my daughter has a hard time buckling her seat belt). The service advisor was all over the place. Said that we would check it once the vehicle came out of the bay.

The vehicle came out of the bay and the issue was not resolved. For me to resolve this issue, I have to schedule another appointment, on a Saturday morning, to get this fixed.

Though I'm usually not vocal with complaints/issues, the overall experience on Tuesday morning (25OCT16) was extremely frustrating and unpleasant.
