I really blasted PC a while back for handling my complaint pretty badly. Within a day I got an email from an exec offering to make things right. It took me a year to follow through (me, not them), but the replacement shirt (new measurements, better attention) came and it's everything you'd hope for in a custom shirt. Now that they have my measurements right, I'll only buy shirts from PC.
