Daily, outside business hours, I receive calls from a company named trc ta borba, which claims to be a representative of Banco Bradesco.
When I answer the call, untimely, the caller leaves me waiting on the line until another caller takes the call.

When this interlocutor of the company trc ta borba receives the reply that I will not confirm data by phone, he immediately interrupts the dialogue and determines that I go to a branch of BANCO BRADESCO.
As my position about not providing data over the phone will not change, I ask the attendant not to make further calls to my phone for that purpose. And the answer I have is that they will not stop bothering me with these calls until I MAKE A PAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE BANK.
So, does it mean that I am obliged to negotiate with the bank if I want to keep my peace and rest in my home, outside of business hours? What kind of collection is this perpetrated by BANCO BRADESCO if not abusive due to the threat.
