Pitiable! Judge the esteem that Renault brings to its customers: victim like so many others of a hidden defect on the petrol engine 1litre 2 TCE of my Dacia Lodgy, chain of distribution changed to 68,000km at my expense (950 !) , on oil consumption (article of the UFC Que Choisir and Auto Plus on the subject) today my vehicle has been down since October 17, compression problem, engine to change. I sent a formal notice at the registered office by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, I received no response! What a shame !
