The quality of the scans are good, but I have my negatives sorted by when they were taken, and even though they reassured me several times that they would return the scans similarly sorted, the disk came back with all the scans in one big folder. I am now having to spend hours sorting the scans, squinting at the negatives to figure out which scan goes with which negative. I have complained about this and they have told me to (in effect) go away and leave them alone.
