Airport as it is is quite fine, but the staff on site barely can speak English! I can understand that the English might not be the most used language in China, but at the International airport which is one of the bussiest on world each staff member should be able to speak with you in English, or to take you to the one that can. I spent over an hour after missing a flight (airline fault) until I finally found.... other Polish guy who flight for Bejinng more often and help me. Non of the staff member was able to point me what I actually should do.
