Construction started on our building shortly after moving in. We were not notified of this at the time of signing the lease. Angus Levitt was very difficult to deal with in this situation. Eventually we had to go to the NSW fairtrading tribunal in order to get our bond back and we still had to pay Angus Levitt $400. Recommend trying a less difficult property agent.
